A university’s housing decision is sparking conversations nationwide. A portion of a student dorm complex at California State University's Los Angeles campus has been reserved exclusively for black students. Dr. Gregory Carr, an associate professor of African American Studies at Howard University, Rabbi Rachel Gartner, director of Jewish Life at Georgetown University, joined us to discuss the topic.
