D.C.'s top Homeland Security Official suggests re-adjusting evacuation plan

With the Metro system facing a years’ worth of repairs, shutdowns and delays, D.C.'s top Homeland Security Official suggests re-adjusting the evacuation plan in the event an “evacuation crisis” erupts during the repairs.
