Loose Lips: New bill would require District employees to live in DC
A new bill that would force District employees to actually live in the District is generating some controversy. It's been proposed by Ward Two councilmember Jack Evans. Under the bill, new police officers, teachers and firefighters would have to have a District address - but Evans is already facing a lot of opposition.
