Teen killed by VA homeowner was reportedly doing TikTok challenge

An 18-year-old was shot and killed by a homeowner in Spotsylvania County over the weekend. A friend who was with him that night said they were recording themselves doing a TikTok ?Ding-dong Ditch? challenge.
