Tulips in bloom at Tidal Basin

While we just enjoyed shades of white and pink with the beautiful cherry blossoms, we now get to enjoy a new bust of vibrant colors. There's a floral tapestry of multi-colored tulips on the Tidal Basin and they're drawing lots of attention. FOX 5's Gwen Tolbart is there with the story.
