Salvadoran president says he will not release Maryland man mistakenly deported

President Donald Trump and Nayib Bukele, the president of El Salvador, say a Maryland man mistakenly deported due to an "administrative error" will not be returned to the U.S. despite a Supreme Court ruling ordering his return.
