Simone Ledward Boseman speaks to FOX 5

A one-night-only reading of the late Chadwick Boseman’s play, “Deep Azure,” took center stage Thursday night at the historic Howard Theatre. Boseman’s relatives, including his widow Simone Ledward Boseman, attended the benefit event which supports funding at the Chadwick A. Boseman College of Fine Arts at Howard University. On the red carpet, Ledward Boseman told FOX 5’s Marissa Mitchell that she hopes the venture inspires the next generation of artists.
