NOAA layoffs: Maryland workers hit by job cuts

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration is the latest federal agency to lay off employees as part of DODGE's efforts to reduce the government. It's devastating news to many in our area, with their headquarters located in Silver Spring, Maryland. FOX 5's Julie Donaldson reports on the impact of these cuts.
