'Black Joy': Maryland engineer showcases photo exhibit in DC

In honor of Black History Month, we are highlighting the photo exhibit "Black Joy." It's the work of TaNia S a, Maryland engineer. When she's not helping to navigate the construction of roads, she's capturing pivotal moments through the lens of her camera. FOX 5's Gwen Tolbart has the story.
