Parents sue driver, PGCPS after 5-year-old’s tragic death

The family of a 5-year-old boy struck and killed while walking to school has filed a wrongful death lawsuit. The family is suing the driver and the owner of the van that was operating as a private school bus, as well as Prince George's County and the County Board of Education.
