Suspect in multiple outdoor arson fires arrested, DC Fire says
A man has been arrested for setting multiple outdoor fires Thursday and Friday, D.C. Fire and EMS says. DC Fire says a total of three outdoor fires were intentionally set in the Shaw and Pleasant Plains neighborhoods on Dec. 12.
