Arlington Public Schools approves cell phone ban for students

January 1 is the deadline for school districts across Virginia to implement cell phone use policies for students. On Thursday, Arlington Public Schools board members approved an all-out ban on student cell phone use. FOX 5's Tisha Lewis has all the details.
