Police officer shoots, kills dog in DC; Owner speaks out

DC police shoot and kill a dog that they say charged at and bit an officer. But the dog's owner says this all could have been avoided. FOX 5's Nana-Sentuo Bonsu reports from Northwest after speaking with that dog owner.
