Family of 2nd grader found hanging in bathroom threatens lawsuit

The family of a Charles County second-grader who was hospitalized after an incident in school ten days ago, says it plans to sue the school district, blaming educators for allowing the boy to get hurt. FOX 5's Bob Barnard has the story.
