Dems push ahead with Biden judicial noms while GOP holds off on Gaetz report

Senators are burning the midnight oil this week, as the lame-duck Democratic majority works to confirm a slew of judicial nominees before President Biden leaves office. At the same time, the House Ethics Committee declined to release a report into allegations of sexual misconduct against Attorney General nominee Matt Gaetz.
