Boys, 11, 12, 13 accused of burglarizing Rockville auto shop

A 13-year-old is charged with two commercial burglaries in Montgomery County, and police say that two younger boys were also involved but are not being charged at this time. FOX 5's Shirin Rajaee has been following this case closely.
