Charles County man shot, killed stepson over chores

A man in Charles County is in custody after shooting and killing his 15-year-old stepson, according to police. A 911 caller had indicated to officials that the suspect, 48-year-old Darshan Eric Williams, shot his 15-year-old stepson, Michael Edward Clemons.
