Amtrak service disruptions effect DC commuters

Amtrak passengers are facing major delays on one of the busiest routes in the country. Power issues in Philadelphia brought trains to a halt, causing unexpected disruptions from Washington, D.C. all the way up to New York. FOX 5's Sierra Fox spoke to commuters at Union Station about the delays.
