Man shot, killed near early learning center in Southeast DC

Police are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred Wednesday afternoon in Southeast D.C., leaving local residents on edge and prompting a nearby childhood education center to go on lockdown. FOX 5's Shomari Stone spoke to a community member who is fed up with the violence.
