Woman shot, killed in DC apartment complex; police search for black Mitsubishi

A woman was shot and killed Tuesday afternoon in Northeast D.C., and police are still searching for her killer. FOX 5's Shomari Stone spoke exclusively with a neighbor who knew the victim.
