Family of Violence Interrupter Justin Robinson wants feds to look into police shooting

The family of Justin Robinson, a violence interrupter who was gunned down in D.C. in September, wants the Department of Justice to open a civil rights investigation to look into the Metropolitan Police Department's practices.
