Search continues for escaped DC prisoner

Police are searching for a prisoner who escaped their custody. Nearly 48 hours later, 27-year-old Derrick Ross-Simms is still on the run. FOX 5's Sierra Fox spoke to an expert who says this happens more often than people think.
