Trump says he wants to 'take over' DC and 'clean it up'

While speaking at a campaign event in Atlanta, former President Donald Trump said he wants to "take over" D.C. and "clean it up." Trump said the city has been "badly run" and commented on the protests and dangers the District has face recently.
