Dead bear illegally dumped in Arlington

We now know who is responsible for the dead bear found in a trash bag in Arlington over the weekend. A company contracted by the Virginia Department of Transportation says workers were called out to remove the dead bear and they illegally dumped it. FOX 5's Shomari Stone has the story.
