Suspect steals car with elderly woman inside before crashing in DC

A senior citizen is dead after a thief carjacked the vehicle she was inside. The SUV was taken from Medstar Washington Hospital Center and then crashed at Judiciary Square. That’s where we find FOX 5’s Sierra Fox in Northwest D.C.
