Alito reignites SCOTUS impartiality concerns

After Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito admitted it was his wife who hung an upside-down American flag at their home in protest of Joe Biden's election, dozens of Democratic lawmakers are calling upon Alito to recuse himself from January 6th and election-related cases. Democratic strategist and attorney Kaivan Shroff says it's exposing the partisan rift in the high court.
