New animation shows explosive plan to free cargo ship from Baltimore Key Bridge

In a new animation video released Wednesday, the Army Corps of Engineers revealed how controlled blasts on the Baltimore Key Bridge will free the Dali cargo ship. The animation shows those blasts will remove a large portion of the bridge from the top of the ship.
