Bill restricting hours for hookah lounges, tobacco & vape shops passes in Montgomery County

Montgomery County Council passed a bill to restrict hours of operations for hookah lounges and vape shops. The late-night establishment bill requires them to be closed by 2 in the morning on weekdays and 3 in the morning on weekends, to stop late-night crime.
