Bowser urges approval of Capitol One Arena deal

The D.C. Council is expected to take up and approve an emergency bill that would provide $515 million for a publicly funded arena project after Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin’s plan to lure the NBA’s Washington Wizards and NHL’s Washington Capitals to Alexandria imploded last week.
