Teens accused of stealing car arrested after police chase in Virginia

Fairfax County police say a group of teenagers took off in a stolen car while police tried to catch them. The intense encounter was all captured on dash camera video and infrared chopper video. FOX 5’s Tisha Lewis joins us from Herndon with more.
