Blossom Kicks For Kids: DC students showcase creativity at Cherry Blossom Festival

The Cherry Blossom Festival kicked off Wednesday, and with it, an event called Blossom Kicks For Kids. It's a shoe design challenge that highlights the creativity of some local D.C. students. FOX 5's Gwen Tolbart has the story.
