Armed carjacking on Georgia Avenue in Northwest; 3 arrested

Officers rushed to take three people into custody Thursday after an armed carjacking in Northwest. A child had been riding in that car before it was stolen, officials say, but thankfully the child was not still in the vehicle when the suspects took off.
