Judge considers transfer of DC sniper to Maryland for resentencing
D.C. sniper Lee Boyd Malvo went before a Montgomery County judge Wednesday, who's set to determine when the convicted killer should return to Maryland from the Virginia prison where he's been held. Malvo must return to Maryland to be resentenced after a 2012 U.S. Supreme Court decision limited life sentences for juveniles. He was 17 during the rampage 22 years ago.
