Virginia man killed by stolen car driver, loved ones beg for answers

James Johnson, Jr., 63, of Hybla Valley died early Sunday after police say he was hit by a car while walking in a neighborhood near Janna Lee Avenue and Tamarind Street. FOX 5 spoke with Johnson’s family, who said he was visiting the neighborhood.
