VA budget moves forward without Potomac Yard arena funding

The Virginia State senator single-handedly responsible for blocking the deal to build a new pro-sports arena in Alexandria spoke out about the plan Thursday. Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin did too, as it appears the plan is hitting the dirt.
