2 Virginia cold cases solved decades later thanks to new DNA technology
The family friend of a Virginia woman says there is a sense of relief now that authorities have arrested a suspect more than 30 years after her murder. The use of new DNA technology led police to the suspect in the murders of 40-year-old Jacqueline “Jackie” Lard and 18-year-old Amy Baker.
