
Lawmakers try to close loophole in 'Noah's Law'
The families of people killed by drunk drivers are pleading once again to close a massive loophole in a law designed to prevent such. Maryland's landmark "Noah's Law" is supposed to assign breathalyzer ignition switches for anyone arrested for drunk driving. But that's not happening. FOX 5's Tom Fitzgerald breaks down why.
