Arlington Aquatic Club's former president pleads guilty to sexually exploiting kids online

A former Arlington Aquatic Club president pleaded guilty to sexually exploiting children. Mark Black, a 50-year-old resident of Arlington, was revealed to be a member of two online groups dedicated to exploiting children between January 2018 and October 2021.
