Reckless car meet-ups becoming a problem for Montgomery County police

Police in Montgomery County are calling on leaders in Annapolis to stop the lawless car meet-ups and intersection take-overs — like the one that stopped traffic in the heart of Downtown Silver Spring this past weekend. FOX 5's Stephanie Ramirez has the story.
