Missing Middle lawsuits costing Arlington taxpayers

Taxpayers in Arlington will reportedly have their taxpayer dollars footing the bill for hundreds of dollars an hour in attorney fees on a lawsuit over allowing mixed-use housing in neighborhoods with single-family homes.
