Shoppers react to new law banning single-use plastic bags in some Maryland counties

It's a new year and there's a new law on the books in Anne Arundel County that not all shoppers are happy about. Starting Monday, the county banned stores from giving out single-use plastic bags, but while supporters say it will help the environment some say it's complicated their shopping trips.
