
DC mayor, police chief discuss new 'Real-Time Crime Center'
D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser and Police Chief Pamela Smith announced that the District's Real-Time Crime Center will open its doors in February. It's a dedicated space that will act as the nerve center for law enforcement in and around the District by monitoring and responding to criminal activities in real-time.
