Reverend pleads guilty in hit-and-run crash that injured family

The man accused in a hit-and-run that left a family injured in the Capitol Hill neighborhood has pleaded guilty. Samuel Holloway, 64, hit a family of three and their dog on Oct. 4 and then fled the scene. He turned himself into police two weeks later.
