Helicopter video shows high-speed police chase leading to Leesburg man's arrest

The Leesburg man accused of leading police on a chase through two northern Virginia counties this week has been arrested. The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office has released new helicopter footage of that chase and the dramatic takedown by deputies.
