Fairfax man charged after disturbing incident at school bus stop

A Fairfax man is facing assault and contributing to delinquency of a minor charges after he allegedly approached a student waiting at a Fairfax County Public Schools bus stop on Main Street. Police believe the 31-year-old touched the victim's shoulders, offered them his vape pen, and kissed them on the cheek before fleeing on foot.
