Quintuple shooting in Northeast under investigation

Acting D.C. Police Chief Pamela Smith has had a busy day. After testifying in front of the D.C. Council's Public Safety and Judicial Committee, Smith went to the scene of a quintuple shooting in Northeast to give updates on the victims, and explain what her department knows so far.
