Suspect in murder of Baltimore tech CEO linked to another case

The family of a Baltimore tech CEO who was murdered in her apartment is speaking out. Police are now tying the suspect who they believed killed Pava Marie LaPere to other crimes. FOX 5's Tisha Lewis has the latest details.
