What is Section 702, and will it stay?
Years after the "Patriot Act" became a symbol of government overreach, a new debate over the fate of Section 702 is raging in D.C. The measure, which grants authority to search and collect information on foreign nationals outside of the United States, is up for renewal later this year, but many want to see it overhauled. James Czerniawski of Young Voices met with Director of National Intelligence Avril Haines for look at the current debate. He joins Jim Lokay on "The Final 5" to explain more.
