Virginia AG says school districts could face legal action if they don't adhere to state's new model policies

Several northern Virginia school districts are bucking Gov. Glenn Youngkin's new "model policies" for transgender students. Virginia Attorney General Jason Miyares tells FOX 5 that school districts that do not follow the state’s new guidelines on gender notification for parents could be facing legal action.
