VA Rep. Abigail Spanberger on spending bill deadline, possibility of government shutdown

Congress will be back in session in September. Both chambers will have until Sept. 30 to pass 12 spending bills and avoid a government shutdown. Virginia Democratic Congresswoman Abigail Spanberger tells FOX 5’s On The Hill that is not a lot of time, but she says Democrats would work with Republicans if the GOP has a workable plan.
